Oh no, she didn’t! Woman bites neighbour’s scrotum during a fight

A 28-year-old woman, Mirian Ndubuisi, has been arraigned for viciously assaulting a fellow tenant, Phillip Eze, and biting his scrotum.

The accused was arraigned on Tuesday, December 2, in a Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Ikeja, Lagos. She is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and aggravated assault, which she pleaded not guilty to.

The police prosecutor, ASP Eranus Nnamonu, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on October 12 at their residence, where a fight broke out between the two tenants.

He stated that Eze had said in church that Ndubuisi’s attempt to kill him had resulted in the death of her son.

Nnamonu said: “A scuffle ensued between Ndubusi and the complainant, one Phillip Eze, over his declaration in church while giving a testimony that the complainant’s son’s death was as a result of her intentions toward him. During the fight, Ndubusi bit one of Eze’s arms and his scrotum, leaving deep lacerations there.”

The Magistrate, Mrs A.R. Onilogbo, in her ruling, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the matter to December 11 for mention.
